Our UK parent company, TFG Brands (London) Limited (‘TFG’) acts as a ‘’data processor’’ meaning it may process your data on our behalf. This is because we are supported at a group level by the group resourcing team who are responsible for recruitment across TFG brands.
If you have chosen to ask us to consider you for group roles as well as the potential role with Whistles, Phase Eight, Hobbs or TFG London Concessions, your personal information will be managed by the TFG group resourcing team. TFG will be the data controller in this situation.

We retain your personal information for that period so that we can show, in the event of a legal claim, that we have not discriminated against candidates on prohibited grounds and that we have conducted the recruitment exercise in a fair and transparent way.
